Marlborough College seeks to recruit on a self-employed basis two part-time Counsellors working 6 hours per week each, (day to be confirmed) reporting to the Lead Counsellor.

 

The successful candidates will be part of a pastoral team committed to a systemic collaborative whole-school approach to the personal, social and emotional wellbeing of pupils and staff, working with pupils on a one-to-one clinical basis with the ongoing aim of increasing emotional awareness and communication across the College.

 

Candidates must hold a recognised qualification in counselling, minimum Diploma Level 4 and be a member of a professional body, for example BACP/UKCP
