We are seeking a Font Desk Coordinator & Administrator

 

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 3.00 pm, with half an hour lunch break, 32.5 hours per week during term time.


Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 3 pm with half an hour lunch break, 30 hours per week during the holidays.


Occasional cover on Saturday mornings, 8.30 am to 12.30 pm, during term time to cover other staff absence

Salary: Dependent on Experience

 

The Front Desk Coordinator & Administrator, will often be the first point of contact for visitors arriving at the College,  and we are looking for an individual who can provide a professional and welcoming first impression.

The role is varied with a number of different responsibilities that include dealing with day to day enquiries, managing external post and courier services, and supporting the Administration Manager in providing a comprehensive administration service to the College.
